Greg Dodds
Greg has been a licensed Realtor since 2018, servicing a wide geographical area from London to Kincardine and everywhere in between. He has consistently been a top producing agent globally, and has won the International Coldwell Banker top 30 Under 30 award twice. He has taken his strong work ethic and leadership abilities that he developed through his hockey career (he played professionally in the United States and finished his career in Greenville, South Carolina with the New York Rangers ECHL affiliate) and has applied it to his Real Estate career. The results speak for themselves.
Greg felt he was ready to make the next step in his career and purchased the brokerage. He chose the name Dawnflight as a tribute to his late father who passed away in 2020. He is looking forward to growing the brokerage with a mix of established agents who do business the right way, and young agents who are willing to learn.

Pat O'Rourke
Pat is a staple in the community and has given back in numerous ways over the years. Currently Pat is the Chair of the Hospital foundation, a position he has held for the last 14 years. He played an integral role in the development of Jessica’s House, a local hospice.
Pat was licensed in 1989, and has consistently been in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker agents in North America throughout his 34 year career. He has great experience selling all types of Real Estate including Farms, Commercial, Residential and more.

Kate grew up in Birr and stayed local to obtain her Honours Bachelor Degree at Western University. Spending time with family and friends is very important to her. She remains local and looks forward to continue serving her community and its needs.

She had the opportunity to work for one of London’s largest development companies, which piqued her interest in Real Estate. Dan McCarter
Dan is a lifelong member of Huron County. Growing up just on the outskirts of Exeter, Dan now resides in Zurich for the past 23 years with his wife and 2 daughters. He has a diverse background, from working with local farmers, followed by construction, manufacturing & Customer Service. Dan also achieved post secondary diplomas in Business Finance & Accounting. Dan takes great pride in utilizing all of his previous experience to aid his clients through all the steps involved in Real Estate trades. Over the years Dan has been and continues to be active in our community, spending numerous years coaching local sports including Hockey, Baseball & Soccer. He also has helped with other community events like the famous Zurich Bean Fest. In his downtime, he enjoys being outdoors with family & friends, camping, four wheeling and sports in general.

Vicki Campbell
Vicki is a proud member of Huron County. Having grown up in Clinton and residing just outside of Seaforth for over 20 years, She has great knowledge of our community. She has spent numerous years working in the Healthcare industry as a Registered Nurse and takes great pride in caring and assisting people day to day. Vicki now takes the skills from her nursing days to help her clients in a different aspect, buying and selling in Real Estate! Vicki is incredibly passionate in Real Estate and is happy to help with all your needs. In her pastime, Vicki enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, sports, going to the beach, hanging out with friends and family (and her big dog Zoey) and all things Southwestern Ontario has to offer!
